I scheduled a visit with Dr. Bowen because I needed a refill of Levothyroxine; I was afraid I might run out of pills before my Medicare appointment in February. She gave me a prescription that would would last until my appointment. She also scheduled blood and urine tests for me to take before my February appointment; she said that we would discuss whether or not I would continue taking the 0.075MG Levothyroxine pills or if I needed a different dose.

I did not feel like she truly cared about my medical situation/ health. We talked about what previously happened and she kind of blew it off like it was nothing and when I was informing her about other ailments she quickly declined that it was from the previous situation and made me feel like I should have known better. Did not feel like she cared enough. Plus I thought she kept looking at her watch more than she should have which of course made it seem like she had somewhere else to be.

Doctor was a no show on virtual visit, no ability to directly contact the clinic on why the delay or if she would show up. Took 3 attempts to get someone to respond. Finally showed up 45 minutes late with NO apologies and was totally unprepared
