Dr. Villano is a dream come true. She was recommended to me by the nurse at the senior center, [...], who is also fantastic, and the doctor was worth the months of waiting. This was my second visit. I have a tricky case, since my allergies and drug sensitivities for doctors become challenging and llke a puzzle to put together. She was wonderful, understanding everything, knowledgeable but pleasant and light-hearted, and never made me feel bad that the medicine did not work since my last visit or I had not brought down my AIC or lost weight. She recognized that I tried, and it was the wrong medicine for me. She helped and never blamed, as many physicians do. Instead, she smiled and offered other ideas. She is right up there in my opinion with my other favorite doctors. I feel motivated and not defeated as I have with other physicians. She is also polite and apologizes for delays in emails and wait time. Simply perfect physician! And her smile should be a role model for other physicians. A smile to a patient is one of the most important things to make the relationship and visit go smoothly and grow. Thanks for employing such a fabulous physician.

Dr. Villano made me feel like I was right there with her in the office with her usual calm and and very kind style of caring for her patients. She helped to relieve any concerns I might have had about utilizing the telemedicine appointment option in place of a traditional office visit, as I was physically unable to come into the office that day.

Dr. Villano is one of the best Dr's I have had the opportunity to have on my care team! Her ability to explain things so easily in a straight forward way is exceptional. Her care and compassion for her patients is very natural. There is nothing contrived about her, it's just who she is and it is so refreshing! While I have had Dr's walk backwards towards the door and just leave when they are done regardless if I am done or not, Dr V. Takes her time and makes sure all my issues are addressed before ending the visit. Yes, that is how it should be, but unfortunately I have experienced far too many times that if the Dr is running behind, they just walk out. I am happy to say Dr. V is not that way.Even though she is very busy, she makes you feel important and that she is concerned for your well being by making herself available by Mychart or in a specific issue she was concerned about with me, she was able to squeeze me in for a 1 month follow-up appointment. I sincerely appreciate this as I know how busy she is. So busy that I book my appointments out a year in advance. Dr. Villano is simply one of the best at NCH!
