Absolutely incredible. Suregons can have a bad reputation for not being the most caring or empathetic people; however, Doctor Headberg took his time, thoroughly explaining everything and all my options. He listened to my thoughts and opinions and was willing to work with me to develop the best plan for me. So many people had told me he was terrific, and they were right!

Dr. Hedberg is a good and patient listener. Despite my having a previous appt with him, I had some follow up questions for him prior to sched procedure. He went over things again verbally proficient with no sign of impatience having reviewed some of these issues previously. That kind of skill contributes to my feeling that I'm in the best hands.
