Matthew Adess, MD, a hematologist oncologist at Endeavor Health, treats patients with gastrointestinal cancers, benign blood disorders and blood cancers. Dr. Adess is excellent at communication AND treatment management. I started chemo with a different provider who seemed to have no idea how to adjust the levels of the chemo program I was doing in order to make the side effects tolerable. During an appointment for a second opinion, that doctor recommended Dr. Adess. I continued my treatment and he tweaked the amounts such that I was able to complete the protocol. On top of this, he is very compassionate. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
