I have been a patient at your practice for 28 years, and this is the first time I have left feeling dissatisfied. The experience began at check-in, where the nurse's tone came across as rude and dismissive, which was surprising given how kind and welcoming the staff typically are.This was also my first time being seen by Dr. Zuckerman, and unfortunately, the visit itself was disappointing. I drive about an hour to come to this office, and the appointment lasted only a few minutes. During that time, I felt rushed, and the doctor spoke very quickly, making it difficult to fully understand the information being provided. This is the first time I have left an appointment feeling unclear about my care.Additionally, I was advised to schedule my annual exam and address my current concern at that time. This approach was frustrating, as I came in specifically to discuss that concern.I have always had positive experiences with the other providers in your practice, which is why this visit stood out so much. Moving forward, I do not feel comfortable being seen by Dr. Zuckerman again.

Dr. Zuckerman delivered my baby [...], 2024 and I'm so thankful he was the one who did it. Every appointment leading up to her birth, and following, he's shown great care for my health. He's very knowledgeable and genuine. He answers all questions I have and makes sure I really understand the information I'm receiving. He makes me feel 100% comfortable during my appointments with him and he's always ready to listen to my concerns. I look forward to my next annual with him and I love sharing photos and stories of my baby with him! 10/10, best OB/GYN I've had!

Dr. Zuckerman is a great doctor who helped me through some medical issues over the past two years. He listened to me, and I feel that my voice was heard. In the end, I had to have a hysterectomy, and if it wasn't for the continued discussion, pros and cons, etc., we would not have come to this decision.
