Meaghan Crawford is my very best doctor out of a whole raft of them. She is compassionate but most wonderful she listens to me and doesn't just run through the regular drill and so she can say well we have our options here. What can we do? Dr Crawford is great to work with and I value her recommendations. She planted a seed of trying intermittent fasting to me a few years ago. I finally dedicated myself to this in 2024-25 and have lost 30 lbs so far. I did also cut out sugar and man made carbs. Upped my fruit and veggies.
