Dr Shanks took a lot of time with me for my initial visit which is something that a lot of doctors I have had in the past have not done! She listened to what I had to say in a way other doctors have not. She gave me useful information to take away with me and I left the initial visit feeling very supported in working on resolving my medical issues going forward. We need more doctors like Dr Shanks
