Melissa is absolutely amazing. It was my first time meeting with her. I have had issues for a year and she is the one doctor that made me feel seen and heard without a doubt. I was prepared to explain what my past year looked like, but Melissa had already reviewed my entire myChart before I came in. She is great, and after a year I finally have answers.

She answers all my questions in a way that I can understand them, and is very easy to relate to. She is super organized, prompt to reply to messages and give feedback about test results. Melissa was, in a word, amazing. Due to the chaotic nature of the hospital-adjacent parking garage, I was very late. I felt so terrible; I wouldn't have blamed Melissa for totally ignoring me & not accepting a same day reschedule. Yet, she did. I didn't wait more than ten minutes before they called me back to start tests & speak with the nurse. I was humbly surprised & beyond grateful. Once I was settled I waited only five minutes for Melissa. Melissa from the start was warm, charismatic, & informative. She's very intelligent, as well as generous with her time & attention. She offered advice that was not only relevant but useful. The supplements & vitamins she recommended have all since helped with my condition. I was so scared that I might have a chronic condition & she quickly & kindly assuaged my fears. When I head in for quick visits like these, I often do not seek the same care provider again. I intend to consult with Melissa again in the future if needed; she has a bright future, a pleasant disposition, & a penchant for patient care.
