About Michael Ross, MD

First time visit to NCH as new patient. Very impressive hospital and busy medical surgical group at Suite 5000 (2nd Fl), some delay updating insurance info upon arrival which delayed me to fill out new forms which I didn't have time to start as my appointment was on time and intake nurse "rushed me" into the patient room. Very clean facility, impressive clinic. Urologist was very patient and a good listener to my medical concern and desired surgical intervention. I was very pleased with the thorough exam and recommendation to proceed forward with shared health goals. Excellent urologist/medical doctor, reassuring and compassionate.
