Dr. Michelle Jurkonie is my primary care doctor and the nurses - whom I've worked with - are all very pleasant when checking me in before I meet with Dr. Jurkonie. Due to my age - along with living in different states prior to moving to Illinois - I have dealt with many doctors and I appreciate Dr. Jurkonie more than others. She is always so nice and personable when she comes in to meet with me, whether it is for an annual physical and/or whether I needed to come in due to a medical issue. While I don't know her other patients, I think if I had a conversation with any of them, they would give her five (5) stars if that was the maximum we could apply. I had more questions than I had in the past per my visit this week and Dr. Jurkonie took time to listen and explain ways to resolve the issue. I am very comfortable with Dr. Jurkonie and I so appreciate having her as my primary care provider.

Doctor Jurkonie is very caring. She does not just sit at the computer and not look at me and talk to me. A lot has changed in the many years. I am 74 now that I've been going to doctors. It is so important that they like Doctor Jurkonie take time to find out about the person they are helping. Often times coming in with a pain in the back is really much more because of things going on in that patient's life. May you always be concerned about the entire person

I absolutely love Dr. Jurkonie and her nursing staff. The nurses are always very pleasant when handling all issues before Dr. Jurkonie comes in the room. Dr. Jurkonie Is always so pleasant/very nice, and I never feel like I'm rushed. Of course, I know she has other patients, so I try not to take a lot of time. I feel confident that she Is listening to my Issues and will do whatever is necessary to address the problem and provide the next steps which can consist of ordering tests and/or recommending I see a specialist. I know I can't always get an appointment when needed, but very happy when she has an opening. Not comfortable with doctors on call who really don't know my health history. Of course, they have a chart In front on them, but I don't consider them really knowing me as a patient.
