Dr. Razvi was extremely poor communicator, I sent her message three days ago, she had not look at it. Also, the lab result was positive, but she told me that it was negative. I have two questions on two positive results, she didn't answer me. Her medical background seems weak because some of my questions she could not answer.

She was truly caring and patient, and let me ask my questions. She also offered suggestions for next steps to help improve my overall health, including tests and further actions after those tests. I felt heard and optimistic.

Everyone was so kind. I had come down with shingles but was leaving for vacation the next day. I was able to get in to see the doctor on call doctor. She gave me a prescription so I had the medicine in time to leave for my trip. Then she suggested I see an eye because the shingles was on my face. The staff very kindly found me an eye doctor to see before I left for vacation. Then I had a question about my prescription because the pharmacy wrote something different on the bottle than what the doctor told me. I called close to the end of the day to clarify and the nurse got back to me very quickly. I appreciate how everyone helped me take care of this because I was leaving the next day, thank you to everyone who was involved!

Dr. Razvi is fantastic! She takes the time to listen and converse with me instead of "talking at me" as I fell so many of my interactions with Dr.s in my recent hospital stays and follow up visits. She treats me like a person, not like a problem. All of the staff at this location are sincere and friendly, too. I would recommend her to everyone I care about.
