Dr Janecek and her staff are thorough and helpful. When diagnosed with a melanoma in difficult to find spot, she moved quickly to provide the next steps and her staff was immediate in activating next steps.

The Dr was not a good fit..I like a Dr who talks and listens to you and she didn't do either of these and didn't even listen to what my concerns were..just did her thing

She didn't introduce herself or greet me when she came in the room which was unsettling and off-putting. She was rushed and absolutely made me feel like a cog in a machine and was not personal or interested at all. A nurse or student or someone else came in, again didn't introduce themself, and them two spoke directly to each other during the exam. I do feel the doctor was thorough and did her job, looking at my skin and making notes on areas of concern.
