I thought my physician and her staff were wonderful. I am just sad that I have to access them through Endeavor. Once you walk out the door of the Drs. Office, you are at the mercy of the hospital schedulers, which start with a recording. Getting connected to the correct person at the actual office can take days and multiple calls. The design of this system was clearly not made by someone who would actually have to use it.

Dr Krezalek was AMAZING. She took the time to thoroughly review all of the colonoscopy results and their interpretations. She made several recommendations and explained them. Afterwords a nurse came in to give greater details and clarity to the physicians instructions. Thereafter I went to the lab and obtained the oral infusion for the CT scan, which I scheduled simultaneously. The coordination of medicine and all of these departments was incredible. The entire staff-reception at the lab, reception at the doctor's clinic, and reception at radiology-are to be commended for their work and their welcoming demeanor.

At intake Dr.Krezalek took extra time to listen to my complex history. She did so thoughtfully and without judgement. And ultimately, she found a treatment for an issue I had been dealing with for quite awhile thathas been very effective.
