The entire staff of the Neurology department in Lincolnshire was absolutely amazing. The receptionist who checked me in, the nurse who took my vitals, the technician who asked me questions on my symptoms, and the doctor who took my concerns and made an action plan. Absolutely everyone was kind, caring, thoughtful, friendly, professional, and above all, welcoming. I was a little blown away. This was the best experience at a NorthShore/Endeavor location I've ever had. It almost felt like visiting friends, and this was my first time visiting this location ever. I really appreciated everyone's level of care and warmth. It made all the difference. You can tell that they are happy and passionate at what they do. I will sing their praises for anyone who will listen.

Dr. Nabella Nafir is absolutely wonderful.
