I was brought back to exam room my vitals were taken and I was told "Doctor will be with you shortly" which couldn't be farther from the truth. Dr Alavi tends to run late and I waited in the exam room 1 hour, he finally came in and was apologetic. There's no excuse for staff not to check in and update the patient, especially when the wait is so long!

My husband and I never feel rushed during our office visits. He is proactive and has great follow-up skills. Dr. Alavi is a superb doctor not just because of his training/experience but because of his personality and bedside manner. We are lucky to have him as our primary care physician and hope that continues.

Dr.Alavi is great. He really listens to my concerns and is then very thoughtful and complete with his answers and recommendations. I feel as if we are partners in my health journey not him telling me what to do. He also makes it feel as if he has all the time in the world to discuss my issues. I know this is not the case and has other patients to see, but he never seems rushed or that he needs to move on to the next patient.
