My overall experience was positive. However, there was a delay in speaking with someone to make an appointment. Upon my arrival, I was greeted professionally and asked to wait until the nurse was ready to see me. Once I was taken in, the nurse thoroughly explained the next steps for my upcoming procedure. She made sure to check my understanding and confirm that I was comfortable with the expectations. After we reached an agreement on the procedural details, the doctor came in to clarify everything and walk me through the procedure step by step. She was also thorough and helped to ease my fears. Overall, it was a good experience.
