Dr. Love never keeps you waiting - he appears in the office almost immediately after the nurses have finished their part of the work, which is a pleasant contrast to some other doctors I have encountered. He is easy to talk to; there is no sense that he is in a hurry. He is friendly and attentive and explains his position in detail. He is knowledgeable and competent.
