I don't feel I should be charged for my previous telehealth visit. The doctors phone was facing the ceiling almost the entire call, he was asking questions that had nothing to do with my direct issue/concern and I felt as though he just asked me things to then agree that what I said ir mentioned could be the reason f9r my headaches. I felt as though I was the one giving him answers vs the other way around. I talked to a nurse about this and she was very apologetic, which was nice but it wasn't her fault.

Dr Antoniou is the best primary physician I've seen, ever. He is VERY caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. His communication skills are beyond wonderful. He explains everything well, is very thorough, and lets me ask a million questions.

Dr. Antoniou shows a genuine care for my well being. He takes the time to explain things. His NorthShore Connect communication is incredible. He doesn't just respond by the end of the day, I receive responses during the day shortly after I have a comment or question. He provides feedback on my test results by the next morning.

Dr NIKOLAS ANTONIOU was very thorough in answering all my questions, he is very professional, knowledgeable and made sure that I have all my medications filled even @ the last minute request he filled my refills in a couple of hours. He made me fill comfortable during my visit.

I had an appointment with Dr. NIKOLAS J. ANTONIOU and he is great!As I was going to my appointment, he (Dr. Antoniou) called me to make sure I was going and hadn't forgot. He is the best when it comes to sending him a message through the app as well. He is very responsive and active. The staff overall are great and the place it's clean!
