Personal attention whether in the office, on the phone or via portal messaging is top-notch. Staff are genuinely concerned and caring professionals. Dr. Kandel is the best... Stays up-to-date on medical issues/things that may affect her patients... She has never steered me wrong. In-office visits are thorough and I get enough time to ask Qs and the like; I'm never rushed. Test results and any courses of action are conveyed in a timely manner. Appts are easy to make and exceptions to tend to more immediate needs are honored. The entire practice gets 5 stars from me.
