Dr. Austell explained the surgery to me in a way that I could understand. I appreciated the non-medical terms she used and the visual examples she showed. Her explanation was frightening, but I'm prepared mentally for something I've never had done. I felt she was empathetic and I feel confident in her ability to fix my issue.
