Very happy with the care I received. All my questions were answered, all options explored, and solutions arrived at with great care and guidance. Also, it was clear that Dr. Hines had read my file and medical history, and was prepared to discuss all aspects of my health and care to arrive at excellent suggestions for the future. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt like I was in a caring place. Everyone who greeted me was so kind. Dr. Hines was so concerned and attentive. I have never had a doctor follow up with me after appointments the way he does. This is what I hoped to find when I came to this practice. It means so much that I can communicate with him as I need to. Some of us have a variety of medical concerns we are trying to navigate and we need someone to walk that path with us who has the knowledge and objectivity to keep us on course. So glad I found him as well as his caring and welcoming staff!
