About Paulynn Katsulis, APN-CNP
Paulynn Katsulis, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in nephrology at Endeavor Health, has been caring for patients with kidney disease for more than 17 years. Previously a cardiothoracic surgery nurse practitioner, she transitioned to nephrology after years of collaborating with nephrologists and developing a strong interest in kidney care. Paulynn emphasizes careful preparation, patient interaction and individualized care planning. She strives to educate patients about their disease and risk factors, empowering them to slow disease progression and improve quality of life.

My endeavor is to see as many patients who need to be seen in a timely manner and work with them to the best of my ability.
Care philosophy
I prepare thoroughly before meeting each patient, but the most important part is the face-to-face connection. My goal is to get to know the patient, understand their needs and create a plan that works for them. Education and teamwork are key, helping patients learn about their disease, risk factors and ways we can slow progression together.

Paulynn was thorough in her evaluation, interpreting labs and discussing past diagnosis. She formulated a plan going forward to track my blood pressure; ordered genetic testing to compare with past test results and scheduled a follow-up appointment. I felt well cared for and heard.

She really take the time to break down every aspect of your chart and levels of your health and I really appreciate that not only does she take the time to listen and explain she also BELIEVES her patients when they speak about the issues that they are having. Other physician or specialist will often times write you off or downplay what you are feeling when expressing your problems. She is a great specialist and I felt seen and heard after dealing with the nightmare of the ER!

Nurse practitioner Katsulis Went above and beyond, and explained every single lab test that she wanted done, and I intern confessed about not giving up bananas. Hence, my potassium level was extremely high. She then answered all my questions about sex health and malfunction.
