My appointment was on [...]. However, that morning there was a snow storm. I kept my apt. And allowed myself extra time 11/2 hours. Midway there I realized the roads were and traffic were awful. I called from my car, they were helpful and checked with Dr Nair and was told to come in. I was prepared too wait hours for a possible cancellation and take any app't that day. When I arrived the front desk staff were gracious and they checked with Dr Nair. I waited a few minutes and was taken to an exam room. It was all handled in a very professional manner. I felt cared for and appreciated as a long time member of this wonderful organization. Thank you!!
