Went in for physical, usually does a visual check of eyes, ears, throat, knee reflex, etc. She did none of that.

They took a oath in having compassion and empathy towards a patient to show they care and most of all listen to the patient, and give recommendations that would be best for the patient and explain how or why they are recommendation this treatment.

Dr Shah and the nursing staff are pleasant, kind, caring, and thorough. Dr Shah takes me seriously and takes time to understand what I need. The staff are not preoccupied with weight as a health indicator which Is refreshing and reassuring. I am trusted to know my body and they help me take care of myself.
