We love Dr. Story. She explains things in a way that both me (a nervous mom with almost no experience with allergies) and our 5 year old understand. No question is too small. Dr Story's Med? Assistant was warm and cordial very attentive. The breathing test induced a coughing episode and she was patient and kind offering me water to ease the cough. I wish I could remember her name.Dr Story's lovely bedside manner, rapport stands out. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism are shown along with her kindness compassion and care. She not only focuses on my symptoms, or specific problems she also focuses on my wellbeing as a whole.
