However the front desk lady old lady with glasses don't know her name but she's rude and was very rude yesterday and I did not like her attitude. And both Dr. Patel and his MA assured me don't worry about her. Her demeanor was not nice at all. I myself work in healthcare and even if I have a patient come in 30min before close time I don't huff and puff at the patient. Healthcare is about helping. If she doesn't like her job then she needs to find a new career.

No delay. Doctor Patel is WONDERFUL!! Called office and left a message for Dr Patel, he called back with 10 minutes and was able to see me immediately which was a relief since I was experiencing lots of pain with teeth and dentist found no issues. Determined a sinus infection and 2 days later starting to feel better with medication.
