Was very disappointed that after a visit on Tuesday morning that I wasn't able to get the steroid prescription I needed until Friday midday. Usually Dr. Ravi is very responsive. I had to submit messages on the app and make two phone calls and never found out why there was a delay. In the meantime I was left in debilitating pain where I could not sleep or work for 4 days. Once I got the prescription my pain was alleviated within two hours. Kudos to the young man I spoke to both Thursday and Friday morning for his caring demeanor and help with the situation.

He took the time, in my case, to give a clear response when I presented him with a question regarding the efficiency of Magnesium and why all over the counter Magnesium is not the same and what kind would be good for me and why. It is always a nice visit. I respect that he not always has time to visit given his schedule for that day, but it is always a professional informative experience.
