They consistently excel in three key areas: 1) responsiveness, 2) follow-up and follow-through, and 3) proactively assisting with scheduling when no reasonable availability is shown on NorthShoreConnect.I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Malik. She is always respectful of my time, and her professionalism and empathy are truly exemplary.
