Renee Westley, MD, a primary care physician and obesity medicine specialist at Endeavor Health, is passionate about prevention and long-term patient relationships. Inspired by her grandmother, a nurse, Dr. Westley focuses on helping patients achieve their health goals through nutrition, movement and evidence-based treatments. She works in partnership with patients to create care plans tailored to their needs, and is excited about emerging tools like AI note-writing and new weight management medications to enhance care delivery.

Dr. Westley is a kind, welcoming care provider who genuinely listens to patients and gives advice with the patient's best interests in mind. She is friendly and personal, communicating at the patient's level to explain test results and options for care. Dr. Westley's approach is one of concern and truthfulness. Dr. Westley is one of the best medical providers I've encountered during my lifetime. She offers the level of care that every provider to which every provider should aspire. That being said, I know that not everyone has the same support staff (PAs, etc.) that her office does - and these providers in the office are every bit as essential and wonderful as she is!

I was just telling my brother that Dr. Westley is just a wonderful doctor! She has an amazing ability to be incredibly warm and personable, to put one at ease, to kind of share on a human level, all while not missing a thing during the exam, down to chart details and observing the patient on the spot - both the physical elements and also general well being and emotional state (she comments on it) - ALL while keyboarding off and on throughout, leaving one with a thorough plan at the end of the visit! She is so smart and has a natural bedside manner. She is very gifted, and kind. I am so fortunate to have her as my doctor.
