Ricky Wong was rude, curt, dismissive, brief, distracted, condescending, and refused to address any of my concerns. He was in the room with me for 5 minutes. 3 of those minutes involved me trying to get him to address my concerns. He should not be practicing medicine. He's an absolute disgrace. Also, it should be noted that this is the first negative review that I've ever left for any service. His attitude is inexcusable.

The medical assistant and there were very professional and kind but the doctor was kind of dismissive and didn't explain my concerns to me in a professional manner. I was disappointed because I had so much hope that I was going to get my problem resolved. He was in a hurry to get back to people that he deems fit to occupy his precious time.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Wong.. Though we've been loyal patrons of NS Doctors for over 40 years..and he was wonderful.. First thing he said to me was that I was just fineand being that I was there for a cyst found unexpectedly in my brain, my anxiety level prior to my visa was off the charts! I sooo appreciated his stating that upfront & I thank him from bottom of my heart!
