The provider was in the exam for less than 5 minutes and I was a new patient. I was verbally told nothing was found, but when the visit notes came through on MyChart, it something different. I looked up what the finding was and found it can lead to symptoms that I do have, but was not asked about. Very poor quality of care and disappointing.

This time was just as positive and I was reminded of why I had a sense of trust in his opinions.
