Directions when I called were simple and careful so I easily found the office and knew where to park. The male nurse introduced himself (but I forgot his name) but was kind and informative. Dr Bux was also kind and patient with answering my questions and though he wants to check for cancer he did not alarm me but reassured it was only a 1 in 4 possibility. I felt that he thought it was serious but not urgent (so I am not overly anxious). Thank you all for making this a peaceful experience.
