MyEndeavor uses industry-standard security measures designed to protect the privacy of your health information. As an added security feature, MyEndeavor requires two-step verification when you sign in to your MyEndeavor account.

Coordinated care across your entire care team

MyEndeavor helps keep your care connected across Endeavor Health. Your care team can access the information they need to coordinate your care, including your health history, treatments and care plans.

If you receive care outside of Endeavor Health, you can also choose to share your health records with other healthcare providers through the Sharing Hub.

MyEndeavor puts your health information at your fingertips. Quickly see your records, read messages from your care team and receive health tips.

You can also choose how and when you get notifications — by text, email or app alerts — so you stay informed in the way that works best for you.
