Dr. Jain was fantastic. This was the first appointment with him. He saw me the day after I called. I was afraid, based on tests that I had Pancreatitis. He took me step by step through the tests and alloyed my fears.

My caregiver was very thorough,, explained things well, and was appropriate about discussing possible differences in treatment methods than my current GP because he was doing a pre-surgical clearance check fo me and is not my primary. MY primary felt strongly that he/she should have appointment preferences for his/her patient but indicated the organization does not consider that a priority. Not sure how I feel about that decision. However, in this case it worked well.

First time visit with Dr. Jain as my new PCP. He's terrific! He takes a holistic approach and by that I mean we talked about how everything is connected, physical and mental health. I have […] so talking about how the gut is your connection to the outside world was refreshing. MOST of my blood work looked good. My cholesterol Is elevated so made dietary recommendations which I very much appreciate.

For my annual physical, Dr. Jain was focused on reviewing my chart, we had little personal interaction. The physical examination was minimal, not what I experienced with my usual GP. The doctor also recommended tests but did not adequately describe the purpose of the tests.
