Sarah Kleinman, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Endeavor Health, focuses on diabetes management. She provides care for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as diabetes in pregnancy, with a strong emphasis on partnership and long-term support.
