Sarah Kleinman, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Endeavor Health, focuses on diabetes management. The staff is extremely friendly, almost no wait time, even when you get called back to a room. Sarah Kleinman is excellent as a care provider. She's a very good listener, very knowledgeable and provides a vary caring and calm environment. She's great, I actually look forward to my appts.

This was my first time meeting Sarah Kleinman and I was thrilled. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and her professional professionalism, and most of all with how much she took care to go through my records and make sure that we were doing the appropriate steps to focus on how to lower my A1c and make sure that I was on target to improving my blood sugars. She also changed all of my appointments because I was going to be seeing three different people for the rest of the year to see her for the rest of the year, which I was very excited about that too. I was not looking forward to seeing three different people who don't know me and having to relay everything about all of my health issues over and over. So I think that was wonderful as well. That's a great improvement with advocate. Thank you for taking my advice and letting us see at least the same provider if we can't see the doctor.
