I cannot say enough about Dr. Murray and the outstanding care she provides. She is the kind of doctor everyone wishes they had. Recently, I reached out to her by text on a Sunday evening. By 8 a.m. Monday morning, she personally responded, letting me know I should come into the office that week. Within five minutes of receiving her message, her office staff called me and arranged an appointment for 2 p.m. that same day.At my visit, Dr. Murray took her time, asked all the right questions, and made sure she had the full picture before moving forward. She ordered additional tests on the spot, and as soon as the results came in, she followed up with me right away. That kind of timely communication and responsiveness is rare, and it makes all the difference when you're worried about your health.What impresses me most is that this wasn't a one-time exception-it is the way Dr. Murray consistently treats her patients. She truly listens, she genuinely cares, and she always makes sure her patients feel supported and informed. Dr Murray is an excellent physician. Having gone through 2 types of chemo, 2 breast cancer surgeries, radiation, Ketruda, and will be starting oral chemo for 6 months. Dr Murray has been so kind, supportive, and understanding. I have never had a physician like her before and I hope I never have to change to another physician. She has directed me to the best consults of other physicians. She has explained things to me so that I can understand what is happening and why I need more testing. I have been seeing Dr. Murray for years and absolutely love her. The last few years it has felt that she is a bit checked out or just going through the motions. I asked her what the difference between dull and aching pain is, and she said "well, "it's either dull or aching." I get she sees a lot of patients but my son who is in medical school was able to quickly tell me the difference when I referenced this to him later that day. Her comments and recommendations are great and spot on it's just there is very little empathy when given. She has been great these past years (10+). I hope she doesn't lose the energy she use to have or happy attitude that she use to walk in with. Not a complaint at all, just an observation.
