Every person EXCEPT the MD was very kind and helpful.The MD NEVER sat down, did not examine me, did not review my X-rays with me and did not discuss my symptoms with me or allow me to ask any questions.He just spent a total of 2 minutes in the room, stated I reviewed everything with my PA including your X rays and I have concluded you have 2 problems both of which I do not treat but I will take care of you.He then left the room and I never saw him again.Instead his Tech [...] was left to try address my medical needs.Sadly to say they were not fully and correctly addressed and needed input from his nurse who I never saw in person but communicated with via the portal.Overall a very poor , unsatisfactory and demoralizing experience.

Dr. Levin explained my problem and helped me to understand the issues by drawing pictures. Patients really need pictures of healthy to unhealthy joints when dealing with knees and shoulders. He furthered his concern by ordering additional tests.
