About Stuart Sprague, DO
Stuart Sprague, DO, a nephrologist at Endeavor Health, brings decades of clinical experience and research to the care of patients with kidney disease. My endeavor is to approach every patient as an individual, try to deal with the problem they have, and come to a resolution together to improve their quality of life.
Care philosophy
Patient care must be individualized. I don’t believe in forcing patients into algorithms that may not fit. I address each patient’s condition in the context of their life, other health issues and overall wellbeing, using logical, physiology-based treatment to create the best plan for them.

I like dr sprague very much. I started visiting him after I passed a kidney stone and a gull bladder stone. Because of his help I no longer produce kidney stones and with my prolea shots my bone density has increased. I will miss him because I understand he will be returning sometime this year.
