I would like to tell you that Doctor Sue Kim, MD ENT is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with as a patient that I am within Endeavor Health. She takes the time to listen to her patient, troubleshoots and provides phenomenal treatment. She makes you as the patient feel like you are a priority, and ensures follow up care despite the tough constraints of her schedule. She and the care she provides is a perfect example of the mission, vision & values of what Endeavor Health should continue to strive to offer and uphold across all lines of service.

I last visited her six years ago. She remembered my issues at that time. I found that to give me comfort. She was able to tell me I am doing well.

Dr. Kim and her various NP and PA trainees are terrific. My only difficult is scheduling appointments, I was just fortunate last time that a cancellation occurred. Staff was excellent at calling me to ask if I'd like to take advantage of the opening the cancellation created.

Dr. Sue Kim is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. Her bedside manner is outstanding and she is unbelievably caring as well. Unlike others, Dr. Kim really listens to her patients and works out a treatment plan that is more wholistic in nature. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone!

My situation was somewhat of an emergency as I had suddenly just lost 90% of the hearing in my right ear. People managed to fit me into the schedule. Dr. Kim even saw me during her lunch hour. This was very muchg appreciated.

Dr. Kim and her staff were wonderful! After the exam, she developed a plan to address my medical issue and explained why the change was needed. I did not feel rushed or like a number during my visit. It took a little while to get an appointment, but my medical issues were not urgent either.
