I was very satisfied that I was able to easily schedule a next day appointment for ear pain and hearing loss. All the staff I interacted with that day were fantastic. Susan Deney provided excellent and compassionate care. I could tell she really believed the discomfort I was feeling. When I hadn't improved as expected with the prescribed treatment, I messaged Susan and she was quick to respond and provide additional advice and a prescription. I'm thankful for the quality care I received.

Susan Deney is one of the kindest and most thorough doctors I have experienced. She was not only extremely detail oriented in taking notes of and understanding my symptoms and experiences, but she was also very validating of what I was feeling and never dismissive. As someone who is very anxious In the doctor setting, she, along with all of the staff, made it a lot easier and were very comforting. Even when I didn't fully understand her questions, she helped educate me with examples and additional details. I have not gotten to the root cause of my symptoms, but she has been very reassuring and clear on the path forward and all of my options. I would highly recommend anyone to go to her and all of the staff.
