Specifically I would like to point out that Dr. Kramer spent a very generous amount of time with me going through my confusing mammogram history & together we made sure we both understood next steps. I always really appreciate her warmth & kindness, direct but pleasant bedside manner and her patience. I never feel rushed when I see her and I feel like she has genuine compassion & care for my healthcare needs.
