Dr Azam was professional, a great listener, and an even better explainer of his plan of care for me. I was concerned leaving a female provider for my care , who has left Endeavor and transferring to new male provider. Dr Azam explained that my medical condition, being a cancer patient having gone through Ketruda was his specialty and basically all he saw for patients. He made me feel more comfortable especially when he said he liked and worked with one of my other providers. My trust with my Endeavor providers is one I'm very happy with and I'm grateful when they communicate together. I travel 3 hours to see my Endeavor providers because I trust them and feel comfortable with them.
