Dr. Schumacher Is, without exaggeration, the most effective and patient-centered primary care physician I have ever worked with. After months of seeing multiple specialists without answers, he was the only provider who took the time to listen fully, consider the entire picture, and advocate for me with urgency and clarity. His referrals led me to the exact care team I needed-faster and more accurately than any of the specialists I had previously seen.He demonstrates exceptional clinical judgment, consistent follow-through, and a genuine commitment to his patients' well-being. My only regret is not trusting his recommendations sooner; he proved repeatedly that he prioritizes what is medically best rather than what is most convenient.During a recent traumatic emergency department visit, his previous notes, guidance, and advocacy were instrumental in ensuring I received appropriate evaluation. It is rare to find a physician who combines knowledge, compassion, and persistence at this level.I recommend Dr. Schumacher to everyone who mentions needing a new provider. He sets a standard of care that should be recognized and supported by his leadership. Every healthcare team would be stronger with more physicians like him.

Dr Schumacher one of the best providers I've been lucky enough to have as a primary care doctor. He uses every one of the minutes that administration permits him per patient. You can really tell he would love to spend more time with his patients and answer each of their concerns. Hopefully some of his patient load can eventually be split by bringing in another provider for the office, maybe allowing him extra time with each patient.

Dr. Schumacher was incredible! I am very nervous around medical offices and he made me feel at ease. I have a huge fear of needles and when bloodwork was needed, he stayed in the room and spoke with me, got a specific staff member who was a veteran at drawing blood to take the labs, got me an ice pack for the back of my neck to ease anxiety, and dimmed the lights. It was such a great and comforting visit.

Switching to Endeavor Health and Dr. Thomas Schumacher was the best decision I've made in awhile. I've never felt more heard and cared for. He doesn't rush through appointments but takes time to listen and ask questions to better understand my current state of health. And I love that he doesn't rush to prescribe some drugs but takes a more natural route, recommending supplements and simple lifestyle changes.
