Personable and professional. He was willing to answer all the questions that came to mind during our brief office visit. It did seem matter of fact from his point of view. I was offered 2 types of injections and those were the only ones discussed. I went home to research them and found other types available and wish we were able to discuss them all rather than just the 2 he administers, so now it feels like a business and about sales when I need a medical professional to help me make sense of and sort through all the medical options out there.
