Dr Stewart is phenomenal. She was running late and I'd been told that. When she came in, we had a number of "heavy" issues to discuss and she took a lot of time with me despite running late. I apologize to the patients after me but I really appreciated all the time she took and her genuine concern for my overall well being. I know whenever she's running late, it's because she's taking the time needed with each and every patient. You're not just a number to be checked off the list. Dr. Stewart works with me in a very collaborative manner. She listens to my questions and comments, and responds to them. As we go through topics, she often shows me the computer screen showing the history of key measures, such as BP and A1c, and comments on that history. She is generous In allocation of time to our visits. Dr. Stewart also provides useful information in the AVS regarding how to prevent or to treat medical issues that I've brought up. And, she suggests next steps and places orders for them, such as visits to Audiology and Dermatology. I've been a patient of Dr. Stewart for about 12 years, and look forward to being her patient for many more visits.
