Dr. Ryvkin is a terrific endocrinologist! She's helped me a great deal over the years with managing my blood sugars. She recommended that I switch to an insulin pump instead of multiple daily injections, and that has worked out very well for me.

I had an appointment with Dr Ryvkin who I usually really like. This time I felt pretty rushed. She walked in spouting test results, no hello or how are you? I felt like I was just a patient to get through. She isn't usually like that so maybe it was a bad day.

My doc heard me but didn't listen to how I feel. Every persons body reacts n feels differently. Generic answers I can look up myself. Prefer options prior to more medication.

The Doc took a very long time with me. She answered all of my questions, and if she didn't know the answer, she immediately researched it or informed me that I would need to ask my oncologist since that field was too far from her field.
