My care was great. I know they were super busy that day. I think the only thing I would have liked to see done differently would be not seeing so many people. I had someone come in before Dr. McCracken, who was helping out that day, then Dr. McCracken, then my follow-up was with the person who usually assisted. It just felt a little disjunct. However, the care was great, and Dr. McCracken diagnosed me quickly and with confidence, and the people assisting him were great as well.

The walk-in orthopedic office was a dream. I was moved into a room quickly and attended to efficiently. Dr. McCracken was aggressive in testing me to suss out the issue. When an issue was apparent, he suggested several care options. The one I chose and the one he favored have worked out to the point that my pain is almost gone.

I was a new patient to Dr. McCracken. I had fallen and complained about my hand, wrist, and shoulder. He gently did things to check out movement and pain. I was sent to x-rays, and when he got the results he came back to the room and showed me the results. He explained what he felt was the best solution, which was casting my hand and wrist, but leaving my thumb a 2nd, and 3rd finger free, and follow up in 2 weeks.
