Dr. Hensel is very focused on me when I am In the office. We discuss general health Issues as well as those specific to me. She explains her concerns very well and any proposed approach to address them. Her and her nurses are very caring and efficient. That Is very difficult for some physicians, but not for her.

Dermatologist: my dermatologist went on maternity leave, and my originally scheduled appt was when I was sick and could not make it.I had forgotten to reschedule, finding out that I could not see ANY dermatologist until next year.With a history of basal cell carcinoma with myself AND my two sisters, my dad with an undiagnosable skin rash (gets UV treatments), and my brother a survivor of Stage 4 melanoma, I could not wait.The front desk receptionist immediately got up and arranged with the scheduler to make sure I was seen THE NEXT DAY.Had 4 confirmed BCC areas on my back from this impromptu appt.THANK YOU for taking the time and effort in making sure I was seen. There are not enough thank yous!
