Dr. Yan and all her staff are very friendly and joyful and patient, even in the stress of the holidays and with patients who are not so joyful. I NEVER feel like just a number or that I'm being rushed along so that she can get to the next patient to fill her quota for the day (I listen to my friends who DO feel that way when they have doctor appointments with other practices. I feel bad writing negative information about doctors but I feel compelled to in this case. I've never felt like she provided quality care or had good bedside manner, but I ignored it and tried to be positive because it's hard to find a new PCP, and it can take months to be seen by a new one. She seems burned out and lacks compassion and respect for her patients. I did not receive high quality, patient-centered care.

The staff was great as usual. I was in an out pretty quickly but it was a morning sessions. Scheduling can be hard sometimes but Dr.Yan is really good so I'm sure she's always busy. I did call prior to a session with a question and then answered me very fast. I'm happy with the care

I can't in for my annual physical. I arrived early, but was taken right away. Dr. Yan saw me on time it even a bit early. I feel I received a thorough exam. She considers the whole person when suggesting solutions to medical situations. She is compassionate and has a wonderful bedside manner that instills confidence in me. I get the sense that she cares about her patients and that I'm a real life person in her eyes, so much MORE than just a number to check off the list, collect the insurance money from, and move one to the room next door. She is efficient. I know that time is important during each office visit and I do my best to honor that, but I never feel rushed. She smiles with a warm hello and calls me by name when she walks in the door. That In Itself is HUGE!
