Personalized medicine tools for providers

Endeavor Health offers a range of clinical resources to help you integrate personalized medicine into routine care. These tools support earlier detection, risk-based screening, targeted therapies and medication selection tailored to a patient’s genetic profile.

Providers can order genetic testing, refer to our pharmacogenomics clinic and connect patients with certified genetic counselors. We also offer support for family history review, risk scoring and testing interpretation.

Frequently asked questions

Patients will have access to view their results in their Endeavor Health patient portal, and will receive a follow-up call from our genetic counselors. Test results will also be faxed to the referring provider’s office.
